Responsibilities: Support data collection, conduct preliminary research and contribute to reporting for ethical transformation projects.

Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience.

FL1: Junior Analyst/Research Associate

Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses, contribute to project design and work on diagnostic and proprietary tools.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business or technology roles.

FL2 : Analyst/Associate Consultant

Responsibilities: Lead specific areas, apply proprietary tools and technologies, and interact directly with customers.

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, business and technology-driven solutions.

ML1: Consultant/Senior Consultant

Responsibilities: Oversee project execution, ensure smooth integration of tools and projects, and manage client relationships.
